Fewer road deaths and injuries
Transcript: 34 fewer people per year are projected to be killed or injured on Oxford’s roads once the traffic filters go in. This includes 5 fewer pedestrians, 11 fewer motorists, and 18 fewer cyclists. That’s a lot fewer families that have to mourn a loved one or nurse them back to health. And if you’re thinking of cycling in Oxford, you could do so knowing that it is even rarer to get hurt!
